We enjoy the challenge of developing a new business, exploring new ideas, and making a meaningful difference in the world. We work in a flexible, informal culture that encourages continuous learning and an entrepreneurial mindset.
A Natural Fit
We believe in the healing power of nature. So we build and buy businesses that promote outdoor and natural products designed to improve human health. We encourage outdoor meetings, team building through exercise and activity, and of course, vacations (especially outside ones!).
Believers in Balance
We believe in balancing work, spiritual and physical health, family life and personal well-being. We also strive to give our team members the knowledge and training to achieve their personal and professional goals.
A Long-term Relationship
When a new team member joins our crew, we look to make sure her/his course lines up with ours over the long-term. We wouldn’t call it a professional marriage, per se, but it’s definitely something special.
Big on Benefits
You need to cover your bases in order to focus on work. Our benefits deliver on what’s expected, but our Engagement Planning takes it up a notch.
